There was something in her that felt honest…almost too honest.That mix of strength and vulnerability,control and surrender,desire and fear and it reminded me of the side most women never show.
I wanted to capture that moment where a woman isn’t performing for anyone…she’s simply meeting herself.
The ropes aren’t about restriction,they’re a metaphor for the emotions that tie us,the ones we let hold us when we’re finally ready to feel something real.
I painted her because many women will see a part of themselves in her: that fire,that softness,that secret desire to let go while still choosing their own power.
“Bound in Desire” isn’t about being controlled,it’s about the courage to surrender on your own terms.
